On July 26th, Celtic will play a friendly against Wolverhampton, the club of ‘Bull’ Hee-chan Hwang, at Suwon World Cup Stadium.
Oh Hyun-kyu scored a goal last season to confirm Suwon Samsung’s stay in the K-League 1 and joined Celtic earlier this year.
He scored three goals in official matches this season, including two goals in the regular league and one goal in the Scottish Cup. He melted into the team quickly enough to seem like he didn’t need any adaptation period. He mainly appeared in the game as a substitute, but he used to show off his presence with his fierce shooting ability.
Hwang Hee-chan recently returned from injury. He scored his league 2 goal in his comeback on the 15th of last month. He is also the protagonist of the winning goal in the final third leg of the group stage against Portugal at the 2022 Qatar World Cup, which ended last year (Korea won 2-1).
