Kiwoom Heroes right-handed pitcher Ha Young-min 토토사이트(28) was hit in the left knee by a hard-hit ball, but thankfully escaped injury.

Ha entered the game in the top of the seventh inning of a 1-5 home game against the Lotte Giants of the Korea Baseball Organization at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on April 28.

He was hit squarely in the left knee by a 148-kilometer-per-hour fastball from leadoff hitter Jeon Jun-woo on a six-pitch at-bat.

Ha calmly threw the ball to first base for the out, but the pain was unbearable and he immediately collapsed to the ground.

Unable to get up in pain, he was eventually carried off the field by the coaching staff.

“He was taken to a nearby hospital and underwent a computed tomography (CT) scan, which showed no unusual findings,” said a Kiwoom official.
