An official from the Busan National Police Agency explained, “The gravity and brutality of the crime was recognised, and the disclosure was decided based on the need for public interest, such as the preventive effect on similar crimes.”

According to the police, the day before 토토사이트(31st), the suspect, Jung, stated that he committed the crime because he was interested in the internet and broadcast crime investigation programmes, which gave him the urge to kill. He was quoted as saying, “I committed the crime because I wanted to actually kill.”

Chung’s statement seems to indicate that this was a “premeditated crime.
